Hey folks! Three more games have rolled out of the ideas factory and it will be great to hear what you think. For more detailed rules, look at each individual post of the games, but otherwise here is a quick overview:
Picasso – A Cubist Roll n’ Write. The roll of dice decides what lines you can place. You decide where to place them. Can you draw the required picture?
Meta – The Meta Party Game. Complete a wide range of hilarious challenges while playing your game night to see who can be crowned king or queen of game night.
Prison Break – Work collaboratively in secret to escape your cell and then outrun the warden. Will one of your cellmates snitch on you to make their escape easier?
I’m kind of torn this week between Picasso and Prison Break, even though we discussed a few extra ideas for the Meta game.
I like the restrictions in the drawing game that mean the playing field is levelled between the better or faster artists playing and your average joe.
On the other hand I’m a fan of the idea that you COULD work co-operatively but don’t have to in Prison Break. It’s still player vs. AI but also PvP at the same time and I think that’s really interesting.
I’ll vote for Prison break! Great ideas this week, looking forward to the next phase of the journey!
