With things opening back up and more cons coming back I was thinking of making business cards for my game to pass out. Has anyone had success doing this? What information did you include? Is a QR Code to anlinktree better than putting text on the card? Attached is an example of mine. Not sure if this will work or not.
Thank you glad you like it! What info should I put on it and how? Should I shrink the QR Code and just mention what the code leads to? Or should I put the names and links?
I’d recommend a brief blurb about the game. I’ve come out of conventions with so many cards that when I finally get a chance to go through them I can’t remember what I was supposed to do with them. They all sound vaguely familiar as well.
Email and your website I think are a must. My 2 cents.
Fair point I didn’t think of that. Do you think it would be better to have the blurb on the front with the wide logo? Or on the back with the QR Code? Thank you glad you like it!
I think it looks good and has most of the info one needs. If I could offer a final suggestion, I would state that Robot Boxing League is a board or card or digital or whatever game. Again, I’ll walk away with a card like that and start pondering, is this an artist? a review site? an app?
I’m old, so I forget easy, so maybe I’m the only one like this, but I’m guessing there are too many folks like me out there.
