    Just watched the d4 seminar by Fertessa Allyse, and it was great. She talked about lots of things, including making a sell sheet and an elevator pitch and a how-to-play video and a Print-and-Play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcPTJDs9Tv4

    My big takeaway was that there are many steps in the process, but they need to be addressed before you make your pitch, because if you find a publisher who is interested and ready to proceed but your ducks are not in a row…it doesn’t look good.

    I’m reminded of the definition of success as preparation meeting opportunity.

    Know your audience and tailor the message to THEM, not you.
