The one feature that would add the most usefulness to this site, to me, would be to add indicators to the groups and forums pages to let us know what content is ‘fresh’. I’ve attached images of before and after for the groups and forums category images. Adding a circle with the number of new posts since I visited the group would let me go there and check things out that I haven’t seen. For forums, the functionality could be further improved by adding two numbers, the number of fresh posts and the number of fresh posts in discussions I started, replied in, or followed. (Shown with a larger and smaller circle like in the image).
Currently, I find the activity too opaque to follow, hampering and discouraging usage.
