Good job so far. I think your sell sheet is too simple. You need to include things like target audience/age range, length of gameplay, and number of players. Publishers also need a component list to be sure the “fun” supports the number of components.
The video is fine, but I think you could tighten it up and get it down to 90-120 seconds. There are a number of pauses in there that could be removed.
