    Thanks, Nicholas! It was an intense game, but we squeaked out a win in the end! Players spend actions points to explore the Maze. One point lets you move a number of hexes equal to your move rate. If you get to the exit of one maze tile, you reveal the adjacent tile, and if they’re connected, you can keep going. But if not, you’ll have to use one of your many devices or tricks to rotate a tile so that they do connect. At the end of each player’s turn, Professor Blunderbuss may rotate some of the maze tiles randomly, as well, so you have to time your plans carefully to make sure they’re not “undone” by the Professor’s meddling. The Professor’s invention, The Infection Engine, is basically the end game trigger. Throughout the game, smokestacks appear in the maze, showing how complete the Infection Engine has become. If 5 smokestacks appear, the game is over and the players lose. But you can destroy smokestacks with many of your inventions to buy yourself more time… IF you can get to them through the treacherous maze!
