Performance improvements

Without a doubt, this website is the slowest one I use on a daily basis. Are there any plans to address this?

And I’ve attached similar Chrome Lighthouse reports.

I really recommend running similar tests for logged in users too, because some of the actions (for instance, Subscribe) seem to take an age and with no visible feedback that anything is happening.

I’m happy to try and help out where I can if need be.
