Best way to source generic cardboard coins?

I’ve been looking all over but can’t find any way to buy cardboard coins, similar to those in Machi Koro. Is there a cheap game with plenty of them, or some place that sells them?

Sometimes you can find fake coins in multiple sizes under educational toys in places like the dollar store or staples. Not sure if that is exacally what you are looking for, but it might be an option.

Another option is to use real coins (cents obviously)!!! Sometimes they are cheaper and easier to find than cardboard… ^_^
